Human Resources Job Description
- Effectively advertise job openings using different job portal websites.
- Maintain applicant’s resume database very thoroughly you’ve been received.
- Screening tons of resumes and shortlist the most deserving.
- Coordinate, schedule and conduct interviews with the job applicants.
- Participate in job fairs and headhunting activities.
- Maintain attendance record of the organization very sincerely.
- Making and implement new policies as per the instruction of directors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- An individual must hold master’s degree in human resource in order to be eligible.
- Having extensive hands-on experience would be highly considered.
- Having an excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Payroll would be an added advantage.
